The Rockford Foresters announced today the signing of three players; Nick Lumley, Cody Steed, and Mark Goldsmith.  The signing of these three players brings the team’s roster to 23 players.

The Rockford Foresters Baseball Team announced today the signing of first baseman Geno Larkin from Division I program Wagner College where he is currently a Freshman.  Geno is the son of Gene Larkin who was a member of the 1987 and 1991 Minnesota Twins Championship Teams.

The Rockford Foresters Baseball Team announced today that they would be hosting a mini talk show periodically throughout the 2012 season through a partnership with Ustream.  Each show will be broadcasted on the team’s channel on the Ustream website and will also be uploaded to the team’s YouTube page.

The Rockford Foresters announced tonight the signing of three more players to their roster for the 2012 season, which brings the roster to a total of 19 players.  Outfielder Tyler Lau, pitcher Joe Ross, and pitcher/3^rd baseman Tom Weissbeck all signed contracts with the team.

With tonight’s signings, the team has a maximum of nine spots left.  An announced will be made this upcoming Friday, December 30 on more player signings.  The Rockford Foresters have never in their short three-season history signed as many players this fast.
